Pancakes, fruit, muffins and hot chocolate with "full of marshmallows" were on the menu of this festive meal. "My role is to make the most possible in record time pancakes. We talk about 300 pancakes! My only experience as a leader is to be a father of three children. This is where my experience lies as pancake cooker, "laughs one who saw to brown well the dough, Christophe Allaire-Sévigny.
A total of ten parents were hard at work with him to make this memorable. "My kids come to this school and it's important for me to give them a good lunch and emphasize Christmas," Mr. Allaire-Sévigny who fussed over three pans at a time.
